Classy tap—looks good and performance excellent. Grohe reputation for excellent products and design. Looks smart and compliments my kitchen. Very good choise of products and easily available.

I love it but try getting a wide fitting hosepipe connector for it. . Ive had this tap for ages and its good looking, serviceablea nd i had no complaints until i tried to get an adaper for a garden hose. Even international adapters dont go as large as the outside dimensionsof the grohe feel so im well fed up.

Just had our kitchen done, new sink, granite counters and was just needing a tap to complete it. Have used their shower fittings in the past so thought we should try this.

Have used grohe taps in the past, and this one is great in our utility room at a very good price. Has the advantage of easy to fit and will be easy to replace if ever needed as it does not have an awkward nut to undo to remove it. One small point – as mentioned by other reviewers, requires a 3/8 inch connector. Although this equivalent to 10mm, you need a 12mm connector to fit the threads of the tap fittings (not 10mm, the metric equivalent of 3/8ths) – i used a brass 15mm to 12mm reducer fitting, which was fine.

My plumber had no trouble fitting this. As others have noted you do need a 12mm/15mm convertor for the pipe fittings, so i had bought a pair of these ready. It looks great and works well. The tap action and the flow of water are very smooth, and there is no ‘dribble’ after you turn off the tap as i have seen with some cheaper taps of this type.

  1. Great quality especially at the price. I have other taps of the same manufacturer with no problems arising. This tap looks similar to many other much more expensive on the market so why pay more?friends and relatives cannot believe the price, some have since made the same purchase and are delighted.

    Swann neck single lever tap. The “grohe feel kitchen tap (swan neck single lever). ” looks and feels like a solid piece of kit. Once installed properly it work well for years to come. The tap functions with a nice smooth action and there are no “dribble” after you turn the tap off. With some cheaper types of taps, the quality of surface finish is poor and shows, after a small amount of time. Most annoying of all, they do dribble or leak and you end up spending more money on a replacement. We have always used and had fitted grohe taps of one type or another. This particular tap is being utilised in the kitchen. Please note we have no affiliation with grohe, we just like their products in terms of quality and good longevity.

I got this to replace a cheap mixer tap i got from ebay a couple of years ago which has been dying a slow, painful & noisy death for the past six months. The grohe tap is in a different league – it feels much more solid with a very smooth mechanism which feels like it’ll last for years. Flow rate is excellent from my combo boiler. Can’t fault it at all so far.

    Ummed and urred about buying this, not because of the make or the price but whether this would suit our kitchen. I couldn’t be happier with this product. It looks and feels brilliant, the air diffuser is fantastic and just looks brilliant in our traditional farmhouse kitchen. We are definitely going to be upgrading our other taps and fixtures to grohe in the future.

    Looks a fantastic tap and very well made but beware. Looks a fantastic tap and very well made but beware. This tap is only suitable for pressurised water systems and not gravity fed systems as mine is.

Tap operation is solid, and after 12months still no leaks. Weekly gentle wipe keeps the tap looking like new and so far no obvious signs of calcium build up.

    Really nice tap both to look at and in operation, very smooth and reliable operation. Just need to make sure you have 3/8″ adaptors for the pipes as they wont go straight onto normal tap fittings.

    Really nice tap both to look at and in operation, very smooth and reliable operation. Just need to make sure you have 3/8″ adaptors for the pipes as they wont go straight onto normal tap fittings.

    Just purchased this quality tap, i would agree with the other reviews, since tap comes with continental fittingsyou need to get yourself down to plumbers to change the connectionsalso the length of cables are too longhowever i must point out, this is priced normally at £129. 00 with amazon now at £99 (bargain)b&q still selling this tap at £149, so a bargain from amazon despite change out of connectors.

    I am a private landlord and for reliability, fit grohe as standard. This is a top quality mixer tap that finished the kitchen perfectly. It requires a pair of 3/8 to 15mm compression connectors from a plumber’s merchant to connect 15mm copper to the supplied flexible hoses.
